Lake Pulaski LID Board Meeting Minutes
Location, Date & Time: Huikko’s Bowling Center, Buffalo, 6/2/15 7:00pm
- Attendees: Bill Jundt, Katherine Hoy, Jill Murphy, Jon Tank, Brooke Cebulla
- Jon Tank made a motion to approve LID Minutes from May 2015, Jill Murphy seconded, minutes approved.
Previous Business:
- Bill Jundt gave a short update on Wenck project.
- Bill Jundt reported the city has received a proposal from Brad DeWolf to dredge Pulaski pond. Mert Auger from the city council advised Menk to revise their numbers because bid was too high.
- Bill Jundt is contacting Kelly Brecht to suck vac the storm scepters and to install silt fence and hay bales near Ordorff’s farm.
- Jon Tank contacted City Council for 300 foot wake ordinance, and is still waiting for a reply. Jon will follow up with Lorraine again to speak with the Mayor.
New Business:
- Jon Tank will be contacting Lee Ryan at the City to find out who is monitoring the public access and what days and times. LID covers $5,000.00 of the boat inspections.
- Katherine Hoy discussed and shared information on the expense and work it would take to place and remove lake buoys each year. The LID needs to have a permit from the DNR before buoys can be set into the lake.
- Jon Tank gave an update on the By-Laws. Attorney, Greg Kryzer, approved the rough draft. Jon will contact Christine Husom on next steps for approval.
- Greg Kryzerer advised on LID fees, regarding adding additional homes and other lake accesses. His advice was to not tax and not include additional properties.
- J & J’s Athletics in Buffalo, will be offering Lake Pulaski apparel on our website soon. Also a notice will be sent out with the annual meeting letter.
- Saturday June 6th, divers and the electrician will be at pumps at 7:30am.
- Current lake levels for Buffalo Lake is 914.20, and Lake Pulaski is 965.43.
Financial Report: No financial report was given this month.

- Jon Tank motioned for meeting to adjourn at 8:12pm, Bill Jundt seconded. Jill Murphy approved.
