Lake Pulaski LID Board Meeting Minutes
Location, Date & Time: Murphy Co Design, 15 Division St E Buffalo, 11/07/17 7:08pm
- Attendees: Bill Jundt, Tom Marr, Jill Murphy, and Jon Tank.
- This monthly meeting is held for the Lake Pulaski Improvement District members and is open to the public.
- Meeting was called to order by Jon Tank.
Previous Business:
- Bill Jundt made a motion to approve the 7/26/17 LID minutes. Motion to approve the minutes by Jon Tank, seconded by Tom Marr. Motion approved.
Old Business:
- Jon Tank provided an update regarding condition #5 of the Lake Pulaski permit. Jon stated that DNR did amend the permit to completely remove condition #5 from the permit allowing pumping before June 1st. This amendment is effective 11/1/17 through 10/31/2022. The new permit is available on the website.
New Business:
- Bill Jundt is working with Wenck regarding the drainage ponds and will be drafting a letter to the City of Buffalo by year end. The board is requesting Wenck to send the letter to the City of Buffalo when complete.
Financial Update:
- Jill gave an update stating that we are still waiting for three checks from Wright County for grant money. Tom Marr stated that he was contacted by Wright County and checks should go out the week of November 13th.
Board approved a bill from Olsen Electric for $95.00 to replace a malfunctioning light at the pump station.

- Jon Tank motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:31pm. Tom Marr seconded, motion carried, meeting adjourned.
